The Tub Matic machines are dedicated to the tube welding preparation. They are available in different size according to the maximum tube diameter.
The maximum allowed tube diameter is 1,200 mm (Tub Matic 1200/CNC).
In the Tub Matic machine the work piece is stationary while the Tool has a circular movement.
These machines can be equipped with different work piece clamping system according to the requirements: Self-centering jaws, hydraulic clamping on Rotating base, Special clamping system for T or elbow nipple components.
