Safop’s policy is focused to supply a full service to the Customers. To achieve this target a special department has been created for the turn key projects.

 TAIWAN - THSRC PROJECT

At the end of 2003 Safop has been appointed from THSRC (Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation) to the supply of lathes for the maintenance of the high speed trains built by Kawasaki Heavy Industries. The Taiwan High Speed Rail line runs approximately 345 km from Taipei to Kaoshsiung. For the rolling stock maintenance 5 depots and one work shop has been built.

Safop has successfully installed the following lathes:
- One Tandem Underfloor wheelset lathe, UGLX 30 DB/CNC, Wujih depot
- One Tandem Underfloor wheelset lathe, UGLX 30 DB/CNC, Tsoying depot
- One Tandem Underfloor wheelset lathe, UGLX 30F DB/CNC, Yenchao work shop
- One Portal lathe, RD 2000/CNC, Yenchao work shop
- One vertical lathe for wheels, one wheel mounting press, one wheel dismounting press, one verifying press, one bearing mounting press, one bearing dismounting press, one special press, Yenchao work shop.

 FOGGIA - ITALY

Safop has completed in Foggia a turn key project for a wheelsets and bogies maintenance workshop for Trenitalia S.p.a.

Safop’s supply included:
- Complete workshop design and rolling stock flow optimisation
- Civil works
- All related auxiliary systems
- Supply of all needed machines (over 30), including:
